Beloved Prophet
So i was googling for some family home evening ideas for tonight.. I really need to be better at this so anyways then i found out that President Gordon B Hinkley passed away last night, Sunday. I was very sad to hear that but so happy for him to now be with his wife and eternal companion. Man he must be Happy right now. I am sure he has never been happier. But we will miss him. He has been such a huge part of our lives for so many years. I have always loved hearing him speak and have been marveled by what he has accomplished in his life. I wish Elias could have seen this wonderful man alive.
Together Again!
WE will miss you!!

Fun times, good friends!
Pavlova.. so yummy! Mine didnt look this pretty, and i used strawberries and bananas and kiwi instead of passionfruit and kiwis, but it still tasted excellent!
This weekend we had fun times hanging out with Friends.
On Saturday a bunch of us all went swimming, which included us , Karen and Brad, Woody and Laura, Brad and Jac, Liam and
Jared, Becky and her kids, and Jen and Eric. Then we went out to Jerry's after for icecream and some eats. It was a good time,
its so hard to all get together since we all have kids now so it was fun!
Then on Sunday we had Brad and Jac and Woody and Laura over for dinner.. Me and Jer made Pavlova which is a pretty precise and
detailed dessert to make. It turned out really good, almost too sweet for me, but it was actually fun to make for the 1st time and
will defianetly try it again with different toppings. Then we all played the Wii, everyone was really getting into Guitar Hero. It was
fun! Thanks for the good night!

A cold one....
I love taking winter pictures... but boy was it alot colder than i thought it was going to be. Elias is
getting really good at walking, he is now 14months old and loves to explore and walk everywhere.
I would have not been able to take these pictures if he wasnt walking, so its nice and he loves his new
found freedom and i like it too!
Elias was a trooper in the cold, we didnt stay very long at all..but i was able to still get some great shots..
check out my photography to see more..

Happy, Happy, Happy!!
Loving the stairs!
Happy, Happy, Happy.. that is elias' favorite thing to say.. every since christmas he has been saying happy happy all day long. It
is the cutest thing ever.. people ask all the time if we taught him that but nope we didnt. If anyone knows Elias that is what he is
Happy Happy for the most part. He always has a big smile on his face and ever since he was born he has been such a easy going
happy boy. His most favorite thing to do these days is climb stairs.. he cant get enough and while he climbs the stairs he repeats
over and over Happy happy Happy.. it is so cute...I will be sad when he doesn't say that anymore. Just tonight on the phone to my
Mom he kept on saying Hi and happy happy to her.. Grandma loved it and so did he!

US!
I have been seeing this on a few of my friends blogs and thought it was a fun idea so here goes....
What are your Full Names?
Patricia Rachelle Hansen Cooper ( yes my 1st name really is Patricia)
Jeremy Wallace Cooper
How long have you been Married?
It will be 5 years on March.28, I cant believe its been that long already, but honestly it been Great!
How long did you date?
We dated for 5.5 months, it was short but right.
How old are you both?
Jeremy is 26 and I am 25.
Who eats more?
Thats a tough one.. actually we both eat pretty close to the same. Jeremy loves sweets and I love salty.
Who said I love you First?
Jeremy did...we had only been dating for a month (he doesnt like to admit that). When he said it I felt like i should too, so I said I love you too kinda hestitating and he said you dont have to say it if your're not ready and I said okay I'm not ready, but then i said it for real 2 weeks later!
Who is Taller?
That would be Jeremy, not by much though. He is 6'0 and I am 5'10, but if i wear heals we are just about the same.
Who sings better?
I would have to say me, and so would Jer. Actually Jeremy sings very well.. but is shy and doesnt sing very loud.
Who is smarter?
Definaetly Jeremy.. he figures out thing very easily.. and learns things faster. He uses his mind alot more than me. I am more creative and are a hands on learner.
Who's Temper is worse?
That a tough one.. we are both very laid back and easy going.. I would say I get more annoyed with him faster and Jeremy can get frustrated easier with me. But honestly i think we are both pretty easy going.
Who does the Laundry?
That would be me, the odd time i will ask Jeremy to put in a load or two if i am out and he will. But mostly i like to do it because i know what needs to be hung up, what cant go in the dryer and so on.
Who does the dishes?
Mostly me. Actually Jeremy is very good and helping me if i ask, actually last night he unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, which was very nice.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed?
Jeremy does.. but we both like the left side better. We both always like to sleep closest to the door.
Who pays the bills?
Both of us.. It used to be me and then him and now mostly me. I usually do it online, but he likes to remind me.
Who mows the lawn?
WEll we dont have a lawn and we never have since we have been married. But Jeremy would.. he claims taking out the garbage, cleaning the garage, shoveling the walks and mowing the lawn are his jobs around the house.. and honestly that works for me!
Who cooks?
That would be me, except for the nice Sunday dinners. Jeremy makes the best roast and mashed potatoes ever!!
Who drives when you are together?
Jeremy, he never gets to drive since he alway takes the bus and honestly he likes to be in control of where we are going. He likes to be able to take his so called short cuts or excursions if he wants too. And on long trips he always drives.. i cant last very long at all.
Who is the first to admit they were wrong?
Hmmm.. um I would have to say Me, i dont really care if i am wrong about something.. Jeremy i think does.
Who parents do you see the most?
Both pretty much the same, since when ever we go home to Alberta to visit they only live 40min from eachother. But we both prefer to stay at eachother parents house more.. isnt that how it always is though???
Who proposed?
Umm for sure Jeremy.. it was the funnest night. We went on a double date with another couple. They rented us a limo, which was awesome as i had never been in one before. We then went to eat at The Keg and then Jeremy said he had to pick up something at the mall for his mom ( I was like okay whatever) so they dropped us off while the other couple went to get dessert and then when we were walking through the mall.. Jeremy was like hey lets go get a picture with Santa (it was Dec.18) and I was like no way! Then Santa pointed towards me and said come here.. i was like what is going on. So we went over and santa gave me a gold bell ornament off the tree and Jeremy opened it and got down on one knee.. inside was a ring and he proposed in front of the whole mall.. I said Yes and everyone started clapping.. it was like out of a movie.. i was pretty embarrassed though. We then went back to his place where the other couple were there and they had gotten engaged that night too. It was pretty awesome and i had no idea!!!!
Who has more friends?
Well i dont know probably Jeremy.. he is so friendly with everyone he meets. Plus he is at school all day and i am at home. But we both have lots of friends i would have to say.
Who has more sibilings?
Jeremy.. he has 3 sisters and 2 brothers (even though 1 died). I have 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Who wears the pants?
I think we both share them.. but I own the pants!!heheh

My Favorite Photo!
This is my new favorite photo of Elias.. When i look at this picture i still see my Baby. I love that he is just in a onesie and his
soother. I love when he has his soother, i think its looks so cute and i love when he smiles under his soother, that is my favorite.
I have just started weaning Elias off his soother and last night he went to bed without it and actually didnt cry and it kind of made
me a little sad because that is just one more thing that makes him a big boy now, is him without his soother. So i will look back
at this picture as he grows older everyday now and be able to still see my little baby in this photo.

Christmas Time, Family time!
Well it was fun to be home for Christmas, its my fave time of year! I love to just hang out with Family and play games, eat and
socialize. This Year for the Hansen family trip my Parents along with Linda and Dave and Grandma and Grandpa Hudson
rented a Cabin in Echo Lake. It was pretty fun, we did some snowboarding which was a blast and played Hockey with sticks
and a small ball which was really fun out on the frozen Lake. My Dad did some ice fishing in the mornings and so me and my
mom and Elias ( in the wheel barrel) went to Visit him out there and got some good photos as well. I love the one of Grandpa
and Elias ice fishing.. too cute!
Road Trip to Utah!
Wow it has been so long since i have been on here, we left for the holidays on the 8th of December so we have been
gone for a long time and I just never got around to writing.
Christmas was great.. i love this time of year or should i say that time of year..it came and went so fast. I was pretty busy
before Christmas with the Ward Party, photography and getting ready to leave for the holidays that it seems like it went by
to fast. It was nice to be able to just hang out with family and not have too many responsibilities like at home.
We were busy too though once we left Saskatoon.. we went to Utah with Brad and Karen Baker on a Road trip to visit family and
do some Christmas shopping. The trip was pretty long.. Elias was sick and so it was even longer.. but we had a good time.
We stayed at a Time Share with the Bakers in Park city and went snowboarding and went shopping at the outlets.
Then we stayed in Salt Lake with Jeremy's parents since they are on there Mission there. They literally lived across the street
from Temple Square and it was awesome to see Temple Square at Christmas.. WOW!! I wish i had some photos, but i was also
not feeling to well and was not in the mood for picture taking. It was so nice to visit with Gary and Shirley and do see all that
they do on their mission, they seem to like it and they showed us all around where they worked. It was pretty neat, they work
in the Translation Department and so they are in charge of all the translaters that come there from all over the world for
Conference and special events, it was pretty awesome to see the Gospel in that light! We also were able to attend the Spoken
Word Christmas Special and it was so Awesome.. wow i mean the music and the whole production was unreal.
